I appreciated the staff's kindness. They were very accommodating! the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. the location near the bus station was great.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It was a motorized machine attached to the outside wall. this resulted in some areas of the room getting very little air, which could be bothersome.

The room was quite noisy during the night because of street sounds. finding a parking space was also difficult. The hotel parking was full. these issues impacted my rest. i really wish the hotel could improve the soundproofing in the rooms. also, more parking spaces would be beneficial.
